Polyurethane PU Foam Adhesive Glue For Window Frames

Feature:
This product combined the functions of heat insulation, cold insulation, moisture-proof, quake-proof, insulation, sealing, heat preservation, cementation, and with the characteristics of high foaming quantity, good flexibility, high cementation intensity, and so on. It is the most ideal new building material with the environmental protection energy conservation, construction convenience.

Scope of application:
Installing, fixing and insulating of door and window frames;

Filling and sealing of gaps, joint, openings and cavities;

Connecting of insulation materials and roof construction;

Bonding and mounting;

Insulating the electrical outlets and water pipes;

Heat preservation, cold and sound insulation;

Packaging purpose, wrap the precious & fragile commodity, shake and anti-pressure.
 
Using Method:
1. Wear protective gloves, goggles and working clothes during using;

2. Clean the dirt, grease and dust on the surfaces, then moistening the cavity;

3. Apply between 5-40 ℃.

4. Shake can for 2 minutes thoroughly.

5. Take off the cap, screw the gun into the can.

6. Hold the can UPSIDE DOWN with tube pointing into far end of cavity, press trigger slowly to release foam. Test on experimental surface first.

7. Fill cavity 40% with foam to expand.

8. Use PU Foam Cleaner to remove excess uncured foam on nozzle and valve.

9. Take-free in 20 minutes to dry and 24 hours to cure.

10. Cured foam can be trimmed, painted, sanded, molded, or caulked.
 
Warning:
1. The normal application temperature is 5℃~ 40℃, and the best application temperature is 18℃~ 25℃. The temperature can affect the foaming quantity. If the temperature is too low, it will reduce the quantity of foaming. Therefore if the application temperature is very low, please put it under 30℃~ 40℃ environment for 30 minutes, or put it into hot water of which the temperature no more higher than 40℃ to warm it before using.
2. Suggest to use up one time. if it can not be used up one time, please keep the nozzle fixing on the can and close the valve to stop the air entering the can causing the foam solidification and destroy the nozzle. 
 
Storage and packing:
1. Stock the product in ventilate warehouse at 15-35℃ temperature，keep away from heat, fire and flammable goods, inversion prohibited. The shelf time is 12 month from the date of production. It is available to use based on passing of the test if beyond the shelf life.
2. Preserve and transport as non dangerous product.

3. Packing：500ml/barrel. 750ml/barrel，in iron can.
