Mix ratio by weight: A:B=3:1
Application: Used in quarry and factories to fill and cure the blocks that are not suitable for sawing or transportation, and to repair their surface and internal defects.
[Instructions]
1.requirements of block
A.The blocks to be poured shall be free of impurities such as dust, dirt, sand and oil;
B.If there are soil layer, sandstone, or large defects on the surface of the blockage, it should be removed first. The oil can be scraped off with a solvent such as alcohol or acetone, then rinse it with a high-pressure water gun and place it under the sun to dry.
2.Mixing Adhesive
a. Mix adhesive at rate of A:B= 3:1 (by weight) evenly.
b. Mix the Glue evenly, and avoid to put the mixed adhesive back to packing barrels.
c.The glue must be use up within pot life. Must stop use the glue which is heating up after the time is exceed the pot life. For example, when the temperature is between 25-30ºC, 600g mixed glue should be used up within 5 minutes. more glue mixing together, temperature will be higher and it will be shorten the pot life. Please separate the mixed glue rapidly to extend the pot life when the glue is excessive.
d. Don't mix the cover of the package of A and B components. Close cover immediately to avoid dust and moisture from atmosphere after taking the glue from the package.
3. Perfusion
A.The ideal temperature for perfusion is 15-35ºC;
B.The mixed glue is poured into the block with a dedicated block filling device.
4.Curing
A.Initial curing at room temperature (25ºC)for 10-12 hours, after 48 hours, it can be put into the next process;
B.The construction temperature should not be lower than 5ºC. When the ambient temperature is lower than 10ºC, the curing speed of the glue will be significantly slowed down. It is recommended to use heating to promote the curing.
5.Cleaning Use special cleanser to clean the operation tools before solidifying entirely.
