[Applicable Scope]

The product is used for repairing irregular cracks like micro-cracks, sand holes, chicken patterns, ant roads and uneven patches on the surface of various stones.

[Application Method]

1. Remove the oil, dust and other impurities from the stone surface and keep it dry.

2. Mix the Adhesive evenly according to the specified proportion, use an adhesive mixing knife to apply adhesive on the stone tiles and place for curing. Polish the stone after the adhesive is fully cured for 24 hours. If possible, heat the stone tiles under temperature of  50-60℃ for fast curing and polish it after 2-3 hours.

3. Repeat scratch adhesive for fine cracks, to make the adhesive penetrate for several times.

4. For stone with significant defects on the surface, such as soil, please remove the soil at first and mix adhesive and an appropriate amount of stone powder to repair the defects; after curing, polish the stone and scratch adhesive.

[Cautions]

1. Adhesive mixing must be even according to the proportion, so as to avoid any problem happened when using it.

2. Before the adhesive is cured, the stone should be placed horizontally and not stacked; after curing, the lubricants such as talcum powder can be applied on the stone surface to avoid stone adhesion when they are stacked.

3. Stone surface treatment agent, non-epoxy adhesive and other chemicals must not be applied to or penetrated into the bonding surface, in order to avoid chemical reaction with the adhesive, which will affect the adhesive performance and make the adhesive not being cured.

4. The apparatuses used to take Component A adhesive and Component B adhesive must not be mixed; the adhesive scrape apparatus should be cleaned with acetone before the adhesive is cured for future use.

5. Do not mix the cover of adhesive, fasten the cover after using. 

6. Because of the different physical, chemical nature of stone, in order to avoid any problems happened, please use the product for a trail before using it for mass production.

Package and transportation

1. The product shall be kept in cool, dry and ventilating warehouse at the temperature around 5-40℃. Its shelf life is 1 year from its production date and may put into use upon pass examination after its expiry date.

2. the product belongs to general dangerous items. Please keep away from heat source, fire source, sun burning, and rain during its transportation. Please handle it carefully and avoid rolling, bumping, heavy pressing, upside down and side way placing during its transportation and loading. The temperature during transportation should be controlled within 5-40℃.
